ITFCEH made a presentation on July 13, 2011 during the scoping meeting of the special expert group in the headquarter of World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
ITFCEH will take part in development of a paper on prevention of lead poisoning with regards to specific local conditions in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia in collaboration with AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association).
On August 24, 2011 Task Force representative in U.K. Mr. Jeff Temple discussed the lead poisoning problem of Shymkent with deputy governor of the region Mr. Yerlan Aitahanov.
INTERNATIONAL TASK FORCE FOR CHILDREN'S ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
ITFCEH has been created as international non-profit organization and will be chaired by Dr. Andrey Korchevskiy (USA).
