Chairman: Andrey Korchevskiy, PhD. (Mathematics), Doctor of Science (Biology)
Mr. Korchevskiy is the former Vice Chairman of the Environmental Action Plan (EAP) Task Force for Eastern Europe, Caucasus, and Central Asia of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).  He is a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the International Scientific Academy of Human and Natural Ecology and Safety, and the European Academy of Natural Sciences. 

Vice-chairman: James Rasmuson, PhD, CIH, DABT
(Ph.D. Analytical Chemistry)  Mr. Rasmuson is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH), board-certified toxicologist (DABT) and Chief Executive Officer and Senior Scientist at Chemistry & Industrial Hygiene, Inc. (C&IH).  Since receiving his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Iowa State University in 1970, he has worked in a variety of industrial and laboratory positions prior to founding C&IH in 1987.  He is an active member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Exposure Assessment, Risk Assessment, and International Affairs Committees.
Roger Olsen, PhD
Ph.D. in Geochemistry.  Mr. Olsen has over 30 years of experience in evaluating and remediating contaminated sites around the world including countries in the former-Soviet Union.  His work has earned awards from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, the American Consulting Engineers Council, and the National Groundwater Association.  Mr. Olsen is involved on a committee level with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. National Research Council.
Daniel Hall, BS, PE
B.S. Civil Engineering
, emphasis in Environmental Engineering.  Mr. Hall is a professional engineer (PE) and works as a Project Engineer at Chemistry & Industrial Hygiene, Inc.  Mr. Hall is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).  He is also an active member of the national AIHA Engineering Committee. 
Eduard Granovskiy, Ph D
Ph.D. Biology.  Mr. Granovskiy has more than 40 years of experience in industrial hygiene and environmental consulting.  He is a former member of the U.S.S.R. Medical Science Academy’s section on industrial-sanitary chemistry and physical-chemical analytical methods.  Mr. Granovskiy has worked on numerous international grants including INTAS, SOROS Foundation-Kazakhstan, CRDF, NATO ARW, TACIS, INCO-COPERNICUS, and UNESCO. 
David F. Goldsmith, MSPH, PhD
Professor Goldsmith is an occupational and environmental epidemiologist and an environmental health expert.  He specializes in risk assessment and risk communication with a particular focus on silica, silicosis and cancer risks; respiratory illnesses and exposure to wood dust, paints and welding fumes; and, chronic health effects associated with pesticide exposure, including cancer.  Additional areas of expertise include the legal aspects of occupational and environmental health research, museum health and safety and chronic illness in agriculture industry. 

Rob Strode, MS, CIH
M.S. Microbiology.  Mr. Strode is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) with over 25 years of laboratory and industrial hygiene field and management experience.  He is the Technical Director of Industrial Hygiene Services at Chemistry & Industrial Hygiene, Inc. His areas of expertise include classical industrial hygiene, indoor environmental quality, laboratory methods and analyses, and environmental data validation.  He had provided technical support for US EPA Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)-based remedial investigation (RI) and feasibility study (FS) activities. 
Eric J. Rasmuson, MS, CIH
M.S. Information Systems.  Mr. Rasmuson is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and is the President of Chemistry & Industrial Hygiene, Inc.  He has over twenty years of experience conducting exposure assessments for physical, chemical, and biological hazards and developing appropriate risk management solutions. He has participated in projects for sustainable development, environmental protection and public health assessment in Kazakhstan, a country formerly part of the Soviet Union.
Marianne Levitsky, MS, CIH
Ms. Levitsky is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and is a senior associate with ECOH Management Inc., a firm in Toronto, Canada that provides consulting for industrial hygiene, safety, risk assessment and environmental health.  She is currently Vice-Chair of the International Affairs Committee of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
Curt Chanda, BA, MA 
B.A. Mathematics, M.A. Organizational Leadership Development.  Mr. Chanda is the Founding Director of SHARE International, Inc.  He has over fifteen years of experience in project management, leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic planning in Central Asia and the Middle East.
Jeffrey Temple
Mr. Temple is a Chartered Chemical Engineer, a Fellow of the British Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Member of the British Institute of Energy, as well as a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Engineers (London). He is a Founding Director of Leader Technologies Ltd. Mr. Temple's nearly 40 years of professional experience includes work in Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and other countries.
 
Edward W. Cetaruk, MD, FACMT
Dr. Cetaruk is a medical toxicologist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (United States) in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology.  He holds primary board certification in emergency medicine with sub-specialty board certification in medical toxicology.  He actively practices emergency and occupational medicine and also maintains a private medical practice in medical toxicology.

Dalmon Larson, PhD, DABT
Dr. Larson, a certified toxicologist (DABT), is senior toxicologist at C&IH. He specializes in interpreting the biomedical significance of exposure and risk calculations. Dr. Larson received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Nutrition in 1969 from the University of Minnesota and has spent a major part of his career as a life scientist and research toxicologist evaluating both the safety and efficacy of new products in laboratories.
INTERNATIONAL TASK FORCE FOR CHILDREN'S ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
ITFCEH has been created as  international non-profit  organization  and will be chaired by Dr. Andrey Korchevskiy (USA).

ITFCEH made a presentation on July 13, 2011 during the scoping meeting of the special expert group in the headquarter of World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Alf Fischbein, MD
Dr. Fischbein (Israel) is an international authority in Occupational and Environmental Health. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lund, Sweden, and was an Associate Professor for two decades at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of the City University of New York in its Division of Environmental and Occupational Medicine. Dr. Fischbein has pioneered the development and application of innovative diagnostic devices in metal toxicology, particularly lead poisoning.  His international renown is reflected in his serving on expert committees of the International Labour Office in Geneva, Switzerland, the US Environmental Protection Agency and the International Federation of Metalworkers, Geneva, Switzerland.
